We have extensive experience in Architectural Planning; Building Materials selection, pricing, & purchasing; and Construction Management and all the processes & trades through completion.
Our Companies have been blessed & privileged to serve over 550 area Churches often with several additions. Most clients understand that the difference between contractors i a bidding situation could vary costs between 5% and 15%. However, most clients DO NOT realize that the difference between architects can vary the costs of a project from between 15% to 35%. When you have an architect who is a licensed General Contractor, Plumbing, Mechanical, & Electrical Contractor with years of continuing education, experience, and expertise, your Project is more likely to be completed on time, on budget, and with fewer conflicts between the various trades.
Often on many occasions we have been asked to come into a project after the Owner has already paid for plans and specifications which they could NOT use, either due to poor design or failure to meet budget limitations. We often try to use local subcontractors, material suppliers, and labor when they agree to do their portion of the project for our figured costs, unless the Church agrees to pay their higher costs over and above ours.
